recent days teaching profession has become quite challenging. Faculties are
expected to be both effective teachers as well as inspirational leaders.
Knowledge is being considered as one of the most important drivers of the
economy today and shall continue to be so in the years to come. This programme
aims at helping participants develop an ability both to create and disseminate
knowledge to their fullest potential. The FDP programme has been moduled to be
effective in creating a unique platform for building managerial competency for
grabbing the opportunities, to face the challenges while developing the
competencies in multi facets of teaching. The objective of FDP will be
fulfilled by accumulating knowledge to brand yourself and to improve the skills
of Competency mapping, attitude building, Finance handling, etc.
